Exciting News!!!!
TxEIS offers a very neat feature, it is called Employee Access Portal Self Service. Each employee will set up their own account. Once you set up your account you will be able to see and print your current and prior year W-2's, wage earning statement, deductions and withholding information. Address changes can also be made. Human resources will be notified by email that you have made a change. Then the change will be made in TxEIS. Use the person icon on the top right side to make any changes that are allowed.
Olton ISD will begin using the Employee Access portal April 15th. Use the link below to set up your employee portal access account.
For employees that participate in direct deposit you will no longer receive a printed paper voided check. Instead you will log into your account and see or print your wage and earnings statement each pay day. For employees that do not participate in direct deposit you will still receive your printed check.
